Pre-Owned Items

All of our handbags are pre-owned. Some may be like new, while others may show minor signs of wear.

Each item is carefully described and photographed; however, minor imperfections are to be expected due to the “pre-loved” nature of these items.

Return Period

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, unaltered, and with no additional damage.

Return Process

To request a return, email us at rebornlx@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.

To purchase a different item, please place a new order and return the original item following the steps above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted for:

Items marked as “final sale” or purchased on promotion

Products showing wear or damage not reported at the time of return

Items that have been modified, altered, or used after delivery
